Product Introduction
CT Ratio Tester breaks through traditional structures and is meticulously designed and manufactured for online measurement of primary current, secondary current, ratio, phase identification, and polarity judgment of current transformers and transformers operating below 35kV. The product consists of a primary current clamp (high-voltage detector), secondary current clamp, main unit, high-voltage insulating rod, monitoring software, communication cable, etc. The primary current clamp uses wireless transmission for test data, with a transmission distance of 100 meters.
Main Current Clamp is made of high-performance permalloy and uses magnetic isolation technology, making it almost unaffected by external magnetic fields, ensuring high precision, high stability, and high reliability for uninterrupted monitoring year-round.
The main unit features an intuitive LCD display and has a large storage capacity, capable of storing 3000 sets of data.
The high-voltage detector connects to 5 insulating rods and can be used for current measurement on insulated lines up to 60kV or bare conductor lines up to 35kV. The high-voltage current clamp features a unique automatic plug-in structure, allowing easy clamping or removal of the measured conductor by pressing or pulling the insulating rod, saving time and improving efficiency. It is widely used in substations, power plants, power inspection departments, industrial and mining enterprises, testing stations, and electrical maintenance departments for current detection, anti-electricity theft, and field electrical work. The insulating rods are lightweight, with moisture resistance, high-temperature resistance, impact resistance, bending resistance, and high insulation characteristics, with an insulation rating of 110kV.
The monitoring software features real-time online monitoring and historical query functions, dynamic display, maximum, minimum, and average value indicators, alarm value setting and alarm indication functions, and functions for reading, reviewing, saving, and printing historical data.
